►Order Process:                                                                                     
After submitting your order on-line through www.aceprostore.com, a customer representative will contact you to confirm all order details, delivery date and pricing. Shipping, sales tax and other additional imprint charges will be communicated to you. There will be no hidden fees! Unlike other on-line services, this website has real people behind it with a mission to provide you the best customer service. If you wish, you can also place your order by calling our toll free number (888)-922-3776 or (888)-9-ACEPRO during normal business hours .

►Billing                                                                                                 
Your credit card will be verified prior to processing the order but actual billing/charging will not be made until your order has been shipped.  There are cases when a deposit may be required but this will be communicated to you by your customer representative.  

►Shipping and Returns:                                                                        
Items are dropped shipped directly from our manufacturers. 

Items are normally shipped by UPS.  For delivery within the U.S, you may choose from the following services:  
►Sample Orders:                                                                                   
Aceprostore understands the need for customers to request for samples.  For large qty orders, we encourage you to purchase a sample of the actual product.  We do charge samples on an End Qty Pricing which is the smallest unit price listed plus shipping cost. We then offer a full credit for the cost of the sample against an actual order of the item.

►Pre-Production Samples:                                                                    
A pre-production sample or proof is one that has already been set-up and customized according to the customer's specifications. We will then ship this item for your approval.  Since all set-ups are required to produce this sample, customer will be charged for set-up and printing process required to produce the sample.  The process itself can take anywhere from 5 to 15 business days depending on the item and work that needs to be performed. Full production will be scheduled after proof approval.

►Order Problems/Adjustments:                                                              
Aceprostore is responsible for filling the order as specifed on the order acknowledgment form.  If the items you received were not delivered as specified (i.e. shortages, damaged goods, misprints, defects), please contact us immediately or email services@aceprostore.com within 5 days of receipt. After this time we will be unable to go back to our suppliers for credit.

►Website Product Pricing:                                                                    
While we make the best efforts to keep the product pricing in our website up to date, manufacturers may change their prices with or without notice.  Certain market conditions may also change the price of the product at any time. If one of the items you ordered has an incorrect pricing, we will contact you with the most updated price.

►Product Appearance Variance and Logos
Products may vary in size, dimensions, color, shape or texture among suppliers.  Actual colors of the product may differ from pictures shown on our website or product catalogs.

The products and logos shown in our website catalog appear only to illustrate the products and the ability of our suppliers to imprint logos and messages on them.  It is never intended to suggest that Acepro or its suppliers designed the imprints or that the company whose logo is illustrated in any way endorses the product.

►Rights and Permission to Reproduce Art

Customer warrants to have the right to reproduction of a design or logo provided during placement of order.  In the event of a claim to the contrary, customer will hold Acepro Corporation harmless from prosecution.
